Public Health
Master's degree programs in Public Health are offered at the BSPH both as a consecutive and a further postgraduate master's degree program. The curriculum focuses on the causes of health and disease, the health system, the care structures, the financing of health services, the political and social conditions and the health behavior of the population. Teaching of methodologies is an important part of the classes.
Epidemiology
The Master's degree program in Epidemiology at the BSPH is a postgraduate master's degree program designed for professionals. The curriculum focuses on the distribution of health and disease among populations, as well as the factors that influence this distribution. Epidemiology brings together methods and insights from medicine, statistics, social sciences and natural sciences in order to plan, implement and evaluate research studies.
